Comme nous le rappelle l\u2019OMS, \u00ab&nbsp;il s\u2019agit\nd\u2019un marathon et non d\u2019un sprint&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous serons confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des d\u00e9cisions\ndifficiles qui peuvent causer de la d\u00e9tresse. Combien de temps nos patients\npeuvent-ils attendre en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avec des probl\u00e8mes \u00ab&nbsp;non urgents&nbsp;\u00bb?\nComment allons-nous composer avec les retards dans les consultations de\npatients et les chirurgies une fois que les choses seront revenues \u00e0 la\n\u00ab&nbsp;normale&nbsp;\u00bb? Devrons-nous mettre \u00e0 pied des techniciens et du\npersonnel de bureau pendant le ralentissement et comment ces personnes vont-elles\ns\u2019en sortir financi\u00e8rement sans emploi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les stagiaires font face \u00e0 l\u2019incertitude et \u00e0 la perturbation de leur formation m\u00e9dicale et de leur emploi futur, en particulier ceux et celles qui se pr\u00e9parent aux examens du Coll\u00e8ge royal. (Voir ici pour des renseignements suppl\u00e9mentaires&nbsp;: <a href=\"https:\/\/residentdoctors.ca\/fr\">https:\/\/residentdoctors.ca\/fr<\/a>) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes aussi aux prises, bien s\u00fbr,\navec la crainte constante de contracter le virus nous-m\u00eames ou qu\u2019un membre de\nnotre famille soit infect\u00e9 ou encore, que nous puissions, \u00e0 notre insu, \u00eatre un\nvecteur de transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, n\u2019oubliez pas de prendre les\nmesures \u00e9nonc\u00e9es ci-apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prenez les pr\u00e9cautions appropri\u00e9es au travail<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Utilisez l\u2019\u00e9quipement de protection individuelle requis, y compris le d\u00e9sinfectant, les masques et le bouclier protecteur pour la lampe \u00e0 fente. Renseignements suppl\u00e9mentaires ici&nbsp;: <a href=\"https:\/\/cosprc.ca\/fr\/resources\/type\/for-learners-fr\/covid-19-fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"https:\/\/cosprc.ca\/fr\/resources\/type\/for-learners-fr\/covid-19-fr\/  (opens in a new tab)\">https:\/\/cosprc.ca\/fr\/resources\/type\/for-learners-fr\/covid-19-fr\/ <\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prenez les pr\u00e9cautions appropri\u00e9es en dehors du travail pour ne pas infecter les autres <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ayez une bonne hygi\u00e8ne des mains et de la toux<\/li><li>Nettoyez fr\u00e9quent les surfaces<\/li><li>Pratiquez la distanciation physique<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Favorisez la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre de votre famille<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Assurez-vous que tous les membres de votre famille connaissent les pr\u00e9cautions \u00e0 prendre pour r\u00e9duire la propagation <\/li><li>Songez \u00e0 vous laver les mains, \u00e0 changer de v\u00eatements, \u00e0 enlever vos chaussures et \u00e0 prendre une douche d\u00e8s votre arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 la maison<\/li><li> Pr\u00e9voyez les mesures \u00e0 prendre si jamais un membre du m\u00e9nage devient symptomatique ou re\u00e7oit un test positif <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;Prenez soin de votre sant\u00e9 et de votre bien-\u00eatre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Utilisez des strat\u00e9gies qui fonctionnent pour vous et r\u00e9servez du temps pour les choses que vous aimez<\/li><li>Maintenez un mode de vie sain (repos, bonne alimentation, exercice, etc.) <\/li><li>Cessez par moment de lire, d\u2019\u00e9couter ou de regarder des reportages sur la pand\u00e9mie<\/li><li>Envisagez de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger une des applications gratuites pour les fournisseurs de soins de sant\u00e9 qui vous donnent acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019adaptation, notamment <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.calm.com\/health\">Calmhealth<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tenpercent.com\/\">Ten Percent Happier<\/a> <\/li><li>Soyez attentif aux signes de fatigue, de stress, d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, d\u2019irritabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9puisement professionnel<\/li><li>Restez en contact avec les autres. Envisager de communiquer en mode virtuel avec la famille, les amis et d\u2019autres coll\u00e8gues <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u2019oubliez pas qu\u2019il existe des <strong>programmes provinciaux de ressources pour les m\u00e9decins<\/strong> qui peuvent vous aider au besoin.
