View <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pause4providers.com\/videos\" target=\"_blank\">videos online<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is Mindfulness?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mindfulness meditation is an evidence-based treatment for stress management, reduction of anxiety and\\for regulation of mood that fosters well-being, self-awareness, and coping.
