Review Article <\/strong><br>Narrative literature reviews are generally by invitation only. Authors may request consideration from the Editor-in- Chief by providing a detailed outline of a proposed review article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Unstructured abstract<\/li><li>Abstract maximum 250 words<\/li><li>Manuscript maximum 3000 words<\/li><li>Maximum 100 references<\/li><li>Maximum 10 tables and (or) figures<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Full Length Article<\/strong><br>Includes: systematic review, meta-analysis, brief research report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Structured abstract (objective, design, participants, methods, results, conclusions)<\/li><li>Abstract maximum 250 words<\/li><li>Manuscript maximum 2500 words<\/li><li>Maximum 50 references<\/li><li>Maximum 10 tables and (or) figures<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Case Report (published online only) <\/strong><br>Includes: case report (1 or 2 cases)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No abstract<\/li><li>Maximum 1000 words<\/li><li>Maximum 15 references<\/li><li>Maximum 5 tables and (or) figures<\/li><li>Maximum 5 authors<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Editorial<\/strong><br>Editorials are by invitation only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maximum 1,000 words<\/li><li>No maximum number of references<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Correspondence (published online only) <\/strong><br>Includes: brief communication, commentary<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No abstract<\/li><li>Maximum 1000 words<\/li><li>Maximum 15 references<\/li><li>Maximum 5 tables and (or) figures<\/li><li>Maximum 5 authors<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Letter to the Editor<\/strong><br>Letters concerning matters arising in recent CJO articles should be submitted within 4 months of the article&rsquo;s publication.
