The goal of this workshop on October 2, 2019 is to provide ophthalmologists, optometrists, family\/emergency physician and other primary eye care providers with a professionally stimulating forum in which to exchange ideas regarding enhancing inter-professional collaboration for eye care in the management of common blinding eye conditions including presentation of new research developments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year’s theme is \u00ab\u00a0Clinical Eye Care in Inter Professional Collaboration: Diabetes, Red Eyes and Driving Skills\u00a0\u00bb <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Target Audience<\/strong>
Ophthalmologists, optometrists, family physician\/emergency room physicians, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, rehabilitation specialists, opticians, residents and other primary eye care workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CPD Credits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

McMaster University, Continuing Health Sciences Education Program \n(CHSE) is fully accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of \nContinuing Medical Education (CACME) to provide CFPC Mainpro+ and RCPSC \nMaintenance of Certification (MOC) study credits for Continuing Medical \nEducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This activity is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and approved by McMaster University, Continuing Health Sciences Education Program for up to 6.75 MOC Section 1 hours.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
