Webinar – A PATH TO A NEW VISION: Leading from Languishing to Thriving!

As we enter a new phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, 15 months in, where vaccines are starting to have an impact around us, why are we not always full of optimism and motivation? Continuing with the successful webinar series from last year ‘A Path to a New Vision’, we will check in with colleagues across the country to see what their journey has been; how they are managing currently as we all continue to deal with the third wave; and what their hopes and visions are for the months to come. We will be joined by Dr. Susan Biali Haas, an internationally recognized expert in stress management, burnout prevention and human resilience. She will discuss what languishing is and teach us how to lead ourselves and those around us back toward a state of thriving. The webinar will be interactive with extensive polling incorporated to help the COS get a better sense of the needs of our members. We need to hear your voice! Please join us for this fast-paced and informative webinar!
